How we work with buyers
Capabilities
Most sourcing friction is not price — it is a spec that got mistranslated, a package suffix that was dropped, or a lead time that arrived after the deadline. Our desk is built to close those gaps before the order is placed.
Submit a BOM, a partial parts list, or a photo of a label. We accept documents in English, Mandarin, Spanish, German and Japanese and return the quote in the language you wrote in.
Where a part is constrained, we propose pin-compatible or functionally equivalent alternatives with the differences spelled out — package, tolerance, temperature grade — so your engineer can approve, not guess.
Reel, cut tape, tube and tray quantities are quoted separately. Moisture sensitivity level and packing requirements are stated up front, since those decide whether a line is shippable at all.
Every line ships with the manufacturer, date code and lot reference we recorded at intake. For sourced-from-market parts we state that origin plainly rather than presenting it as factory-direct.
Multiple manufacturers, one shipment. We hold lines until the set is complete, label each bag with your internal reference, and issue a single commercial invoice for customs.
For accounts on a repeat schedule we flag last-time-buy windows and long-lead items early, so a redesign can be planned around a transition instead of an emergency.
Applications
Different industries break a BOM in different ways. These are the four profiles we quote most often — each with its own pressures on traceability, timing and documentation.
PLC boards, drive modules and sensor interface cards. Long service lives mean parts go end-of-life mid-build, so alternates must be electrically close and documented well enough for a control cabinet to be re-certified.
Gate drivers, current sense, magnetics and bulk passives. Buyers here care about temperature grade and derating data more than unit price, and they need the same lot across a multi-month build.
Low-noise analog front ends, precision references and isolation for signal chains. Documentation and consistent sourcing matter here, so lines are quoted with manufacturer and lot recorded rather than substituted quietly.
Connectivity modules, Ethernet PHYs, memory and passives. These builds move fast and change often, so the value is a quick cross-reference loop and small-quantity flexibility while a design is still in pilot.
Process
No account setup before you can get a price. You send a list, we respond with a clear quote, and everything after that is confirmed in writing.
Step 01
Email a BOM, spreadsheet, or pasted list with quantities and any acceptable alternates. Partial lists are fine — you do not need a complete build to start.
Step 02
We match manufacturer part numbers against package, grade and lifecycle status, flag ambiguous suffixes, and note where an alternate would help.
Step 03
You receive unit price, MOQ, lead time, packing format and origin per line. Approve in writing — we do not ship against a verbal confirmation.
Step 04
Lines are consolidated, labelled with your reference, and shipped with packing list, invoice and recorded lot data. Tracking follows the same day.

FAQ
If your question is not here, write it in whichever language is easiest — we will answer in the same one.
Ask a direct questionYes. We work in English, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, German and Japanese. Send the document as you use it internally — including column headers and notes — and we will read it in the original and reply in the same language. Part numbers are always quoted untranslated, so there is no risk of a description drifting from the actual manufacturer code.
No. We never ship an unapproved substitute. If a line is constrained, we quote the original part with its lead time, then propose one or more alternates as separate options with the differences listed: package, tolerance, temperature grade, and any pin or footprint change. Your engineer approves or rejects each one, and the approval is recorded against the order.
Every line in the quotation states the manufacturer and the packing format, and every shipped line is recorded with its date code and lot reference. That record goes onto your packing list so the data lives with the shipment, not just in an email thread. Where a part comes from the open market rather than an authorised channel, we say so explicitly at quote stage — you decide whether that origin is acceptable before the order is placed.
Both, and they are quoted differently. Prototype quantities are available in cut tape or partial reels, and the minimum is driven by the manufacturer's pack quantity rather than a flat order value. Production runs are quoted with full-reel pricing and, if you need it, scheduled releases against a blanket order so inventory is held to your build plan instead of arriving all at once.

Include part numbers, quantities and your target date. If you already know which alternates are acceptable, mention it — it shortens the second round considerably.
